Alumni & Friends - Overview

Dear Alumni and Friends,

One of the things that makes the Department of Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering so great is the close connection between its alumni, current students and faculty. I want to personally invite you to be a part of that connection by participating in your alumni group. The Penn State Mechanical Engineering Society (PSMES) and the Penn State Nuclear Engineering Society (PSNES) are comprised of program alumni and have representation in the Penn State Engineering Alumni Society and the Penn State Alumni Association.

Why Join?

Our alumni groups exist to promote fellowship, networking and communication among alumni, faculty and students in order to work for the improvement of the programs, the department and the College of Engineering.

Become a Member

All living graduates of Penn State's Mechanical Engineering and Nuclear Engineering programs can become members, and there are no dues or fees. To become a member, visit the appropriate alumni group website (PSMES or PSNES) and complete the membership form online.

I hope you accept my invitation to become a member of the PSMES or PSNES and continue to interact with your friends and colleagues in the Penn State MNE community.
