Use: This fully functional coaster was built as a personalized souvenir for visiting GM executive Tony Zarger.

Dimensions: 4" diameter, 0.3" thick

Approximate Build Time: 2 hours

Build Orientation: Bottom down, as shown in picture

RP Machine: Genisys

CAD Software: Pro/ENGINEER

Notes:

• Built on the Genisys because the polyester material will resist water/coffee spills better than LOMPaper.
  
• Warpage did not occur because the coaster is very short in the z-direction.
  
• Coaster was designed as a circle, but it came out as a polygon due to the low resolution of the STL file.
  
• Finishing idea: apply paint to areas with lettering, then wipe excess off the raised surfaces. The paint should remain in the recessed letters, giving them more definition.
