We designed a 100% Inspection Station for Keystone Powdered Metal Company

It was made in a conceptual design above

The design works as follows:

Clutch plates are picked up from a conveyor by a robotic arm

 and placed on a table where 3 tolerances are checked.

Good parts are placed on the exiting conveyor with a robot arm.

Bad placed are placed in the bins according to

which dimension failed.
