This Webpage is Constructed for the purpose of EE 403W, Senior Design. The sponsor of the design team is the Penn State Chemistry Department. The purpose was to create a device that will detect precipitation in chemical reactions for sight impaired students. The idea for the sensor was from Cary Suppalo, a blind chemistry graduate student here at penn state. He had the idea of creating a precipitation sensor that would help him and others like him detect chemical reactions so that he does not always have to rely on peers.
